Step-by-Step Measurement

  1. Bust/Chest

    • Wrap tape around the fullest part of your chest (nipple level for women, underarms for men)

    • Keep tape snug but not tight; measure on exhale.

  2. Natural Waist

    • Find the narrowest part above your navel (usually 1-2 inches above belly button)

    • Leave one finger's space (≈0.5cm slack).

  3. Upper Bust (Women)

    • Measure horizontally above the bust (along breast roots).
